The strength of the Degani name and reputation has provided my business with a strong foundation allowing me to develop firm friendships within the support network and confidence.

Every Degani menu and fit out is tailored to the location. I work with Degani to create my own menu and change it up, and to include some of my own favourite dishes. It gives me the opportunity to maximise profit and compete with other cafes in the area because we have a point of difference. I love the flexibility of being my own boss and working hard for something that’s mine. We’re a big part of the community, we’re the meeting place. Even my 3-year-old son gets his daily babyccino fix!

My business development manager, Laura, is my first point of contact. From the store opening to a smooth transition, she helped me with everything from marketing and training. I get a lot of good support from Degani!
