The expansion of Holmview Central Shopping Centre will bring a revitalised feel to the existing convenience-based community shopping destination.
Anchored by a full-line Coles Supermarket with drive thru ‘Click & Collect’ service, a free-standing large format retailer and drive thru food outlets, the centre will also host approximately 15+ specialty retailers, targeting food and beverage, health and beauty and other essential retail services.
The Holmview Central Shopping Centre expansion will be easily accessible from Logan River Road, through a new signalised intersection or via the ring road that will link to the existing Centre and up to Gardiner Road. The expansion will host a 270-space carpark, adding to the already existing 250+ Centre car parks available at Holmview Central.
